We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase only if:

1. PDF is corrupted
   — You must provide a short screen recording or screenshot as proof.

2. You did not receive the download link due to a technical error
   — After verifying the issue, we will resend the file or issue a refund.

3. Double payment / duplicate order
   — Full refund will be provided for the extra payment.

❌ No Refund in These Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You changed your mind after purchase

• You purchased the product by mistake

• You have already downloaded and used the material
